We have been living here for many years, many of us almost our entire lives. Side by side, in a pavilion in the middle of the Wagerenhof campus, we ten residents rely on the staff of our shared accommodation to support us in daily life. They and we are looking for you! As
Deputy Team Leader of the Shared Accommodation Sonne (80 – 100%)
You support our team leader and all employees. Our residential unit is divided; on one side, we focus on dementia and on the other side, on "special care needs." But we all have one thing in common – we need a lot of patience!
In the residential unit, together with your team leader, you take on the personnel, organisational, and financial management responsibilities. You enjoy leading staff and have already demonstrated that you are good at it. You are used to working in a team. You work in the accompaniment and care of us residents.

You have already gained experience in caring for people with physical and cognitive impairments and have training as a social pedagogue or social pedagogue or as a care specialist or a similar qualification in the social field. You also enjoy administrative tasks and like to work interdisciplinarily. By the way, around 250 people with multiple intellectual and physical disabilities live together at Wagerenhof. It is the loving, permanent home for us. Around 650 employees do everything they can to ensure that we can enjoy our lives here. Each individual person is at the centre with their own needs.
