Head of Team Business Management & Communications Retail Customers (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about retail banking and want to help shape the retail customer business of Zürcher Kantonalbank? Are you enthusiastic about supporting the leadership of the business unit with professional business management and target group-oriented communication?

The retail customer business unit serves clients with assets up to CHF 1 million. It forms the heart of the bank and significantly shapes the market presence and reputation of Zürcher Kantonalbank. The Business Management & Communications team supports, as part of sales and market management, the smooth and efficient leadership of the business unit, takes responsibility for infrastructure and organisational projects, the conception and deployment planning of training for our Young Talents, as well as the design of communication.

After the previous team leader successfully built and established the team, we are looking for a strong leader to drive the further development of the team.

• Ensure smooth and efficient management of the retail customer business unit
• Organise and implement the leadership committees and bodies of the business unit
• Take responsibility for infrastructure and organisational projects
• Help shape the conception and deployment planning for a high-quality, future-oriented training of Young Talents
• Shape and implement the communication of the business unit

• Completed business administration education and training (FH, university)
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role and competence as well as enjoyment in leading diverse employee profiles
• Quick comprehension, high problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities and strong implementation power
• Very good work organisation and a pronounced ability to continuously increase efficiency and effectiveness in recurring tasks
• High degree of reliability, diligence, discretion and flexibility
