About the job
The public Spitex Wald Fischenthal is responsible for the outpatient healthcare of the residents of Wald and Fischenthal. The Spitex staff competently and empathetically care for their clients in their own homes, provide psychiatric support or assist them in daily life. Spitex Wald Fischenthal is part of the non-profit Stiftung Drei Tannen, which, in addition to Spitex, operates the newly built Rosenthal care centre and offers retirement apartments with needs-based services.
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF as Trainer for HF Students Spitex
Your tasks
- Support and promotion: You accompany and empower our HF students in Spitex, conduct regular qualification discussions and carry out practice-oriented learning days in collaboration with our students
- In touch with practice: To stay professionally fit, you complement your training activities with regular direct nursing assignments and case management
- Flexibility in deployment: You work regular shifts in the early shift (usually Monday to Friday and without weekend shifts)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work closely with colleagues within Stiftung Drei Tannen, external partners and relatives to ensure holistic care.
- Innovation: You understand change as part of life. You approach new requirements openly, think innovatively and actively shape further developments.
What you bring:
- Diploma as Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- SVEB 1 is an advantage or the willingness to complete it with our support
- Experience with RAI HC and digital work tools
- A communicative, team-oriented personality with good German skills
- Driving licence category B
- Initiative, self-responsibility and flexibility – you take action and find solutions
