Payroll Specialist in Zurich 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF10,500 - 115,000Role:
For a modern software and payroll service company in the Zurich region, we are looking for an experienced professional for Swiss payroll accounting. In this role, you will manage various client mandates and combine solid payroll expertise with a strong service orientation.

Responsibilities:
Independent execution of monthly payroll processing
Maintenance and control of all payroll-relevant personnel and salary data
Handling social insurances, occupational pension schemes (BVG) and other payroll-related notifications
Preparation and review of withholding tax statements
Advising clients on payroll and social insurance matters
Ensuring timely and high-quality payroll processes
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in payroll, HR or social insurances
Several years of experience in Swiss payroll accounting
Good knowledge of social insurance and withholding tax systems
Experience from fiduciary services, personnel services or payroll outsourcing is an advantage
High IT affinity and confident handling of payroll systems
Very good German skills as well as precise and service-oriented working style
