For one of our clients, a well-established and highly reputable company in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

IT Support Specialist

capable of providing daily IT support to around 70 employees at the Swiss site, in collaboration with the Group IT team.

• You report to the IT Director and must quickly become autonomous in user support activities.
• You ensure the smooth operation of local IT services and guarantee effective support to users in an international industrial environment.
• You also contribute to maintaining the operational condition of IT equipment and participate in the daily activities of the IT department.

Your profile

• Trained IT professional (CFC or technical school)
• At least two years of experience in a similar position
• Enjoys finding solutions and dares to propose them
• Patient, flexible, pleasant in communication with non-technical users.

• Microsoft 365 / Office Support
• Active Directory
• Workstation management
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Printer management
• Ticketing
