Who are we?

The Cantonal Social Insurance Institution (ECAS) is an autonomous public law institution that administers and coordinates the activities of the Compensation Office of the canton of Fribourg, those of the Cantonal Disability Insurance Office as well as the Central Services. It thus constitutes a unique centre of expertise in first pillar social insurances for insured persons and companies in the canton of Fribourg.

Your tasks

Within the "Contributions" section of the Compensation Office

• Analysis and determination of contributions for a portfolio of insured persons (employers, self-employed, persons without gainful activity)
• Correspondence and follow-up of files in this portfolio
• Respond to insured persons’ enquiries: in writing, by telephone or during interviews at our offices

Desired profile

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• Good command of IT and office tools 
• Communication skills
• Experience in social insurance would be an asset
• Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
