Your tasks

• Monitoring deployment planning and supporting the cleaning team.
• Ensuring and optimising cleaning processes in terms of quality, hygiene, cost-effectiveness, and cleanliness.
• Monitoring and ensuring cleaning quality according to applicable standards and cleaning schedules.
• Participating in the selection and optimisation of cleaning agents, aids, and cleaning equipment, as well as promoting environmentally friendly resource use.
• Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, health protection, and the implementation of emergency and alarm measures.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes within the area of responsibility.

Your profile

• Completed basic training as a cleaner or professional knowledge in the field
• Leadership experience in a similar role
• Flexibility in deployments and willingness to work shifts (day and night)
• Assertiveness, solution-oriented approach, and high resilience
• Strong organisational skills and a team-oriented personality
• Knowledge of German and French
