Senior Physician KPPP (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Management of the protected crisis intervention ward (16 beds) in collaboration with the nursing ward management, including triage activities and participation in the on-call service of the entire KPPP
• Conducting outpatient crisis and emergency consultations for short-term support and stabilisation of patients
• Taking over case management for more complex patients with special needs or difficult disease courses.
• Participation in the further development of the ward's recovery orientation as well as in the adaptation of treatment concepts.
• Leadership, supervision and training of assistant physicians and psychologists within the framework of the institution's training mandate

Profile

• Specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or close to obtaining this qualification (with foreign diploma recognised by MEBEKO)
• Clinical experience in an institutional inpatient setting
• Integrative and flexible personality with commitment and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Experience in the Swiss healthcare system
