What is my role?
Our client is looking for an experienced injection moulding machine setter (m/f/d) for 3-shift operation.
Your main tasks include:
Setting up and optimising 1K and 2K injection moulding machines as well as their controls (Engel CC200 - CC300, KM MC4 - MC6) and peripheral devices
Quick fault and malfunction rectification including the necessary documentation
Implementation of order planning regarding quantities, quality and adherence to deadlines
Ensuring the required quality standards
Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace for a safe and productive working environment
What do I need to be successful?
For this position, you bring the following qualifications:
Basic mechanical training, ideally as a plastics technologist
Several years of professional experience in the injection moulding process and in a production environment
Ability to quickly analyse and resolve technical faults
Team spirit and willingness to actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere
High awareness of safety, quality and efficiency
