Head of Nursing Development (m/f/d) 100 %
Your tasks
In this key position, you actively shape the strategic and professional development of the entire nursing service. You have a high degree of creative freedom, take on direct leadership responsibility, and are a member of the Shared Leadership Team of the Nursing Service Management.
- Strategic and operational further development of nursing practice
- Professional leadership, support and promotion of nursing experts as well as further role development
- Development and implementation of quality, innovation and research projects in close cooperation with the clinical departments
- Responsibility for the further development of nursing standards, concepts and guidelines
- Close collaboration with nursing management as well as interprofessional teams
- Active co-design of the strategic orientation of the nursing service as
- Member of the Shared Leadership Team
Your profile
- PhD or Master of Science in Nursing (MScN)
- Experience in implementation projects, research
- Proven experience in a comparable role
- Leadership experience or proven leadership competence with enthusiasm for empowering and developing people
- Strategic thinking ability as well as the ability to successfully shape change processes
- High social competence, convincing communication skills and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Passion for innovation, evidence-based nursing and the continuous development of the profession
