For the Swiss Romandy region (You are responsible for certain parts of the cantons of JU, NE, FR and VD) we are looking for a high-performing commercial personality, ready to take responsibility, seize opportunities, and build lasting customer relationships.
Your contribution
You actively develop your sales territory and position our strong brands Komatsu, Sennebogen, Powerscreen and SBM with construction companies, recycling companies, and industrial customers. You take full responsibility for the sales process – from the first consultation to the successful handover of the machines.
- Active development and management of your sales territory
- Acquisition of new customers and development of existing partnerships
- Analysis of customer needs and development of comprehensive technical solutions
- Complete management of the sales process, from consultation to closing
- Positioning of our overall portfolio (machines, service, spare parts)
- Development and maintenance of a strong regional network
- Close collaboration with service, commercial back office, and product specialists
What you bring
- Proven success in B2B sales in the field of capital goods
- Knowledge of the construction, recycling, or machinery sector (an advantage)
- Basic technical training or strong technical understanding
- Experience in territory sales with own responsibility
- Consulting skills, negotiation talent, and strong closing ability
- Entrepreneurial spirit, high personal motivation, and structured working method
- Enjoy developing long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools
