Job Description

• You are responsible for deadlines, costs and quality.
• On site, you lead and coordinate contractors, craftsmen and specialist planners.
• Construction management is carried out from execution to handover to the client.
• If necessary, you make minor plan adjustments yourself.
• Cost control, billing and warranty phase are also part of the tasks.
• Your structured way of working ensures a smooth project process.

We expect

• You have completed training as a draughtswoman/draughtsman or technician in structural engineering.
• Ideally, you have completed further training as a construction manager or are currently in training.
• Several years of experience in construction management of new build and conversions in Switzerland is required.
• You are familiar with construction administration software.
• Experience with ArchiCAD is an advantage.
• You appear confident and assertive when dealing with contractors.
• Cost awareness, punctuality and personal responsibility characterise your way of working.
