Arrow Global Components (AGC) offers you the opportunity to do business with the largest and leading suppliers and customers within today’s technological trends.

We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Viby.

We place great emphasis on teamwork, as you will work closely with our account managers and engineers. In addition, you will have daily contact with our customer service team and procurement department.

At AGC, we have a flat organizational structure and an open, friendly work environment where no two days are ever the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own customer portfolio and building strong, long-term customer relationships
• Preparing offers, following up with customers
• Reaching out to customers proactively and identifying opportunities to offer additional support and solutions
• Maintaining customer agreements and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Working closely with colleagues across sales, customer service, and other departments to deliver a smooth customer experience
• Using digital tools and systems to manage customer requests, follow up on activities, and work efficiently

We expect from you:

• A customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to help others
• A proactive approach: you take initiative, follow up on tasks, and look for ways to improve things
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
• A commercial or technical education is an advantage, but your attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn are just as important
• Industry knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Proficiency in English and Danish, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a busy environment
• A positive attitude
