The EOC, the multi-site hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. To complete the Administrative team of the Cardiocentro Ticino Institute in Lugano, we are looking for - on a fixed-term basis - an
Administrative Trainee (100%)
Profile:
The person we are looking for is able to manage time efficiently and effectively, setting priorities and orienting their activities towards the service objectives. They demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and the ability to adapt to changes and operational needs.
They possess solid organisational and interpersonal skills, combined with sensitivity towards others, the ability to work in a team, and good stress management, even in dynamic and complex contexts.
They share, as we do, the belief that the patient and their family must be at the centre of attention, ensuring professionalism, listening, and quality in care.
Necessary requirements:
- Cantonal commercial maturity, Federal Certificate of Competence (AFC) as Commercial Employee Bachelor or equivalent qualification;
- Excellent knowledge of Italian; good knowledge of English and a second national language is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools and Microsoft Office applications;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
