Responsibilities
International Logistics & Trade Compliance
- Monitor the status of international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries across all markets
- Oversee end-to-end global shipments, including import/export documentation, customs clearance, CITES and ATA Carnets
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations specific to luxury and high-value goods
Order Management & Invoicing
- Process client orders with precision from entry through to final delivery
- Manage international invoicing across multi-currency transactions, incoterms, and tailored payment terms
External Stock Supervision
- Oversee and reconcile inventory held with third-party logistics providers and consignment partners
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain real-time stock visibility to guarantee zero discrepancies
CEGID Data Management
- Leverage CEGID for inventory tracking, purchasing workflows, and sales data management
- Ensure data integrity and system hygiene at all times
Cost Control & Analytics
- Monitor freight, packaging, and warehousing costs
- Build actionable reports and dashboards to track operational KPIs and identify savings opportunities
- Leverage strong analytical skills to produce precise reporting and contribute to continuous operational improvements
Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Provide versatile operational support across urgent shipments, repair logistics between ateliers and clients
- Assist with coordination for critical product launches and brand events
- Provide operational assistance on projects and daily tasks related to both retail and wholesale activities
- Proactively identify logistical and operational challenges and implement efficient, timely solutions
- Participate in the development and optimization of operational processes in line with the group's luxury standards
Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, with a strong focus on international operations
- Prior exposure to the luxury industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in CEGID is a strong plus
- Fluency in both French and English (minimum C1 level) is mandatory
