Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced individual for an established company in the real estate and service sector as a property manager for rental and commercial properties.
Our client is a professionally organised company with a diverse real estate portfolio and structured management processes. To strengthen the real estate department, we are seeking a specialist who independently manages a portfolio and acts as a competent contact person for owners, tenants, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of a portfolio of rental and commercial properties
Support and advice for owners, tenants, authorities, craftsmen, and external service providers
Organisation and accompaniment of viewings, handovers, and takeovers of properties
Preparation and control of budgets as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
Support in marketing and re-letting of rental and commercial properties
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training EFZ with further training as a property management clerk or federal specialist certificate in property management
Several years of professional experience in the independent management of rental and commercial properties in Switzerland
Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law as well as property management
Good user knowledge of common property management software and MS Office
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
