Implement the breakfast service while strictly adhering to the procedures and presentation standards specific to the establishment, to ensure an authentic customer experience true to the identity of the house.

Ensure impeccable preparation by maintaining the quality and freshness of buffet products, accuracy in preparing hot drinks, juices, and à la carte orders, as well as a neat and attractive presentation, in accordance with the high standards of our establishment.

Work closely with the service manager to optimize breakfast stock management, anticipate supply needs, and actively participate in orders, to guarantee constant product availability while minimizing waste.

Maintain strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards at all times by rigorously applying HACCP rules, to ensure the sanitary safety of food, drinks, and preparations, and protect customers' health.

Ensure daily maintenance and good condition of the breakfast room, buffet, and equipment (coffee machines, toaster, juicer, etc.), thus contributing to a clean, functional work environment that complies with regulatory requirements.
