Your future area of responsibility
- Independent management of a service area in the restaurant, breakfast, or banquet – with overview, pace, and precision
- Personal greeting and competent advice to our guests – you accompany them through the service with style and warmth
- Guidance and support of commis and demi chefs de rang – you coordinate your team and work closely with kitchen, bar, and event
- Ensuring quality, cleanliness, and smooth processes – you live our standards and develop them further with us
- Active upselling through sound product knowledge and a sense for guest wishes
- Taking over administrative tasks – e.g., shift handovers, small orders, or inventory support
Your profile
- Completed training in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Several years of professional experience in the service area
- Distinct hosting qualities and a professional appearance
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and organizational talent
- Good knowledge of food and beverage offerings, ideally also wine expertise
- Good French skills, English skills are an advantage
