Your missions
Directly reporting to the Head of IT at HES-SO Rectorate and HES-SO Master, you will provide IT support and assistance services to users (staff, teachers, and students) related to the work environment. You will also perform routine administration and operational tasks to maintain the work environment and infrastructure in operational conditions. Additionally, you will respond to service requests made by users. Finally, in support of the technology pedagogue of HES-SO Master, you will provide support for the use of classroom infrastructure (connected screens, audio/video devices, home automation equipment, etc.).

Activity rate: 80% (variable working hours for a support service from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM non-stop)
Contract duration: indefinite contract
Start date: September 1, 2025, or to be agreed upon
Work location: Lausanne with possible travel in French-speaking Switzerland
