Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as a service technician for exciting assignments around the globe!

• Service and repairs in the municipal and railway sectors on the most modern products with assignments in Europe, America and Asia ?

• Cool milling machines and ploughs for winter sports are waiting for your expertise - keep the pistes in top condition! ?

• Writing deployment reports as well as time and material bookings in SAP

• Support of the dispatch office regarding ongoing and upcoming orders (spare parts, documents, etc.)

• Communication with the customer about work and orders to be carried out

• Repairs of individual components (engines, gearboxes, axles, etc.) ?

• Assistance in improving products including feedback to product management and development

• Assistance in further development and improvement of customer service

• Active participation in customer and dealer training as well as internal staff training

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical basic training as an agricultural or construction machinery mechanic or similar, as well as technical further training, e.g. as a diagnostic technician

• Several years of professional experience in a technical environment, preferably as a service technician ?

• Experience in international customer service as well as initial SAP knowledge

• Willingness for irregular service and assembly assignments abroad (EU, USA, Asia) ?

• Good German and English skills are required, additional languages are an advantage ?

• Desire for adventure and new cultures
