To complete its team, the nursing management is looking for a nurse for the Acute Geriatrics and Geriatric Rehabilitation service at HFR Riaz

Your mission:

• provide quality care in partnership with the person being cared for and their relatives, respecting the HFR care philosophy, working all the service shifts
• promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all collaborators
• evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming for constant improvement of your interventions
• supervise, support and advise new team members as well as trainees and students
• participate in the development of the service and demonstrate creativity

Your profile:

• nursing diploma in general care, HES level, or equivalent training
• proven experience in nursing, experience with elderly population is an asset
• experience in a hospital setting is an asset
• proficiency in French
• proficiency with computer tools
• dynamic, constructive and creative spirit
• interpersonal skills and communication sense
• ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• rigour, flexibility and autonomy
