As part of our dedicated sales team, you will take responsibility for the care and development of our customers in Eastern Switzerland. With your network in the timber construction sector and your passion for sales, you actively contribute to further expanding our market position and sustainably delighting our customers with innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- You look after our key customers in the timber construction industry and sustainably develop the partnership relationships – also directly on site
- You know how to convincingly communicate the added value of our products, system solutions, and services and navigate confidently – including at management level and in negotiations
- With your sales responsibility, you identify market potentials early, develop targeted strategies, and successfully position our solutions with customers and new projects
- You accompany exciting timber construction projects from the early project phase to implementation and specifically identify new opportunities in the market
- As a central hub between customers and internal specialist departments, you ensure efficient collaboration and excellent customer service
- You actively monitor the market, identify new potentials, and boldly contribute innovative ideas to help shape the future of our company
- You are present in the timber construction industry, represent our company at trade fairs and regional events, and actively expand your network
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in sales and customer care and bring a passion for craftsmanship and the timber construction industry
- You have an existing network in the timber construction sector, ideally in Eastern Switzerland, and navigate confidently in this market environment
- You like people as much as numbers and think entrepreneurially and solution-oriented
- You communicate confidently at all levels and convince customers and decision-makers with your appearance, expertise, and personality
- You work proactively, structured, and independently and advance topics with initiative
- You bring humour, positivity, and motivation and are eager to make a difference together with the team
- You have very good written and spoken German skills
