You thrive on engineering and evolving complex infrastructures, while your broader IT know-how drives automation and optimization. By contributing your ideas and skills, you actively shape and further develop the network landscape of SIX.
What You Will Do
- Support and optimize the global network infrastructure, including the development of the Exchange network
- Analyze and resolve incidents at 2nd and 3rd level
- Create and maintain technical, process, and network documentation
- Design, implement, and automate concepts in the network area
- Collaborate on projects, manage technical tasks, and provide on-call support
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in network automation, as well as in engineering and operating complex network infrastructures
- Strong expertise with Cisco products (routing, switching, ACI) and deep knowledge of networking (Layer 2 & Layer 3) and related areas such as load balancing, DNS, and DHCP
- Proven ability to work with a high level of personal responsibility and independence
- Educational background: higher technical school, technical school, bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory); German skills are a strong plus
