About the job
For a modern surgical day clinic, we are looking for a committed and reliable qualified nurse to strengthen the team. The department operates Monday to Friday in shifts and cares for patients in the outpatient surgical area.
Your Tasks
- Professional, individual and holistic care and nursing of patients before and after surgical procedures
- Ensuring high nursing quality and active participation in the further development of nursing processes
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team as well as shaping a respectful team culture
- Support and guidance of trainees in the nursing field
Our Requirements
- Diploma as a nurse HF/FH or equivalent qualification (with recognised professional authorisation in Switzerland for foreign qualifications)
- Experience in the acute care sector of a hospital is an advantage
- Enjoyment of a varied and dynamic working environment
- Independent, empathetic and resilient personality with a strong team orientation
- Openness to change and interest in further developing one’s professional competence
