Your role is to structure the organisation, strengthen processes and ensure the link between production teams, customers and partners.
You will be involved in commercial development, business management, production organisation and profitability improvement.

You identify new opportunities, carry out the necessary commercial steps and support customers in defining their technical needs.
Your expertise also allows you to intervene in the quoting, feasibility analysis and project monitoring phases.
In an environment characterised by single parts and often urgent requests, you know how to be reactive and pragmatic to quickly find suitable solutions.
In close connection with the workshop, you ensure project coordination from the customer request to final delivery.
You contribute to maintaining the quality of services while ensuring cost, deadline and business profitability control.
An engineering degree is an asset, but not essential.

You understand the realities of a workshop and know how to communicate equally well with operators, customers and decision-makers.
You have experience in managing technical projects, industrial activity management or business development.
