For our client in the Biel region, we are looking for a

Head of Logistics (a)

Your tasks

• Management of approx. 20 employees in goods dispatch

• Active presence and direct team leadership on site

• Ensuring smooth logistics operations in two shifts (07:45 to 18:45)

• Conducting employee interviews in English and German

• Close cooperation with the logistics management team and procurement

  
  

Your skills

• Leadership experience in a logistics environment

• Negotiation-level English skills at native speaker level for demanding discussions

• Enjoyment of active personnel management

• High stress resistance and resilience in a dynamic, multicultural environment

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
