Job Description
To strengthen our team in Ticino - Morbio Inferiore, we are looking for a motivated and experienced person for the Seafreight sector. If you have a passion for international logistics, enjoy taking responsibility, and wish to grow in a dynamic environment, then you are the right person for us!
• Independent management of sea shipments (booking, collections, etc.)
• Assistance and advice to our customers to ensure the highest quality of service and expand business relationships
• Correspondence with business partners (shipping companies, etc.) and our branches worldwide to ensure smooth processes
• Design and implementation of customised processes (SOP) to achieve agreed KPIs and optimise process quality
Qualifications
• Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the shipping sector
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the maritime sector
• Structured and quality-conscious working method
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a team
• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum level B2). Knowledge of German is an advantage
