You have completed your studies and want to apply your knowledge where you can really make a difference? Then you are exactly right with us. During your six to twelve-month university internship, you will work on the further development of our human resources development, support various projects and gradually take on responsibility for your own tasks. In doing so, you will gain valuable practical experience, work closely with the HR team and gain interesting insights into the further development of IVBE.
What you can achieve with us
- You will participate in projects and initiatives in human resources development and support the development and implementation of junior and leadership development programmes.
- You research current developments, scientific findings and best practices and prepare them for practical use.
- You conduct market analyses as well as evaluations of human resources development instruments and digital HRD tools.
- You prepare presentations and decision-making bases for workshops, training sessions and exchange meetings with managers.
- You support the design, implementation and evaluation of training and development offerings, for example on resilience and stress management.
- You gradually take on responsibility for your own tasks and smaller projects and collaborate on cross-departmental HR topics.
Which skills are important to us
- You have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (FH or university) in work and organisational psychology, business administration or a comparable field (degree completion date not older than 18 months).
- You are interested in human resources development and strategic HR topics as well as modern learning methods; basic knowledge of project management is a plus.
- You are interested in digital HR and human resources development tools.
- You think analytically, conceptually and solution-oriented, can prepare complex content in an understandable and target group-appropriate manner and formulate it convincingly.
- You work independently, reliably and proactively, handle confidential information responsibly and at the same time appreciate teamwork.
- We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so good knowledge of French is an advantage.

- Working hours
Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
- Holidays
At least 25 days of holiday per year, 28 days from the age of 45 and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave
- Salary
Cantonal salary system, gender-neutral and transparent salary policy. Full salary during parental leave, military, civil protection and civilian service
- Social insurance
Above-parity contributions to the Bern pension fund, payment of half the premium for non-occupational accident, supplementary accident and daily sickness allowance insurance
