To strengthen our team in the Fashion & Beauty area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Floor Manager, 100%, at the Biel location, immediately or by arrangement.
Your responsibilities
- You lead, train, and motivate your team with care and high standards.
- You create a shared understanding of clear goals, promote team dynamics, and further develop talents.
- You organize work schedules, conduct recruiting, and ensure a positive working atmosphere.
- You implement the necessary measures to achieve sales targets and profitability.
- You ensure a premium and omnichannel customer experience in reception, consulting, and customer loyalty.
- You analyze performance indicators and adjust your strategy on site accordingly.
- You manage inventory, reorder processes, and product placements.
- You adapt the in-store assortment to trends, the season, customer profiles, and performance.
- You ensure the attractiveness of merchandising according to brand standards.
- You collaborate with management and an assistant in coordinating all non-food areas.
Your profile
- You can look back on successful experience as a department manager in retail, ideally in the fashion or beauty sector.
- Ideally, you have completed training in sales (CFC or equivalent).
- You are a practical manager who advances your team. You love challenges. Proven leadership experience is required for this position.
- You work closely with your team and actively and cooperatively handle your daily tasks.
- You have a strong sense for retail, are customer-oriented, independent, and responsive – these are your strengths.
- You have good product knowledge and a strong interest in fashion and beauty.
- You have very good IT skills and are confident in using common office applications.
- You speak fluent French and have good spoken German skills (bilingualism is an advantage).
