Group Leader Assembly Evening Shift

We are a family-owned Swiss company that has been developing, producing, and assembling plastic parts using injection molding since 1981. Versatility in individual customer solutions, precision in tool development, efficiency in series production, and flexibility in assembly are our strengths. The SKS team consists of around 100 employees.

To strengthen our team in assembly, we are looking for a

Group Leader Assembly Evening Shift - 100%

• Troubleshooting and minor repairs on assembly machines
• Maintaining the equipment and conducting inspections
• Technical leadership of the assigned assembly groups
• Monitoring production orders, quality, and adherence to deadlines
• Setting up workstations
• Complying with and enforcing safety regulations in the department

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, machine operator, or similar technical education
• Experience in the maintenance of assembly machines
• Motivation to lead a team of 10 employees during the shift
• High quality awareness and an independent, committed work style
• Team-oriented, communicative, and empathetic personality
