Health Specialist EFZ 40 - 80 %
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing care model and nursing process
- Taking on tasks as a reference person for nursing
- Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI for the assigned guests
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Taking on daily responsibility
- Taking on tasks as a topic leader for a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care and/or Spitex/In-house Spitex is an advantage
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of varied challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
