This position represents a key role within the workshop, with a central role in production organisation, team support, and improvement of manufacturing methods.

Production & Methods Manager
- Technical training: automation engineer, electronics technician, ES technician or equivalent training
- Proven experience in an industrial environment
- Experience in production organisation and/or methods
- Field-oriented, pragmatic and problem-solving focused person
- Ability to unite and support teams
- Comfortable with IT tools and production management software
- Interest in designing practical solutions: fixtures, tooling and workstation improvements
- Plan, organise and monitor daily production
- Supervise and support teams by providing technical assistance
- Be present on site and resolve issues related to machines, tooling, dies and manufacturing processes
- Design, test and implement fixtures and tooling to facilitate team work
- Optimise flows, workstations and manufacturing methods
- Create and maintain work instructions
- Analyse production times and identify areas for improvement
- Actively participate in the evolution and continuous improvement of the workshop
