To support dispatch and the operations manager, we are looking for reinforcement as follows:
Tasks:
You will support both dispatch practically and administratively as well as the driving operation as a chauffeur. Assisting with the scheduling of personnel and vehicles, creating weekly plans, planning maintenance work and value-preserving measures, archiving ARV data and toll processing are just a small part of this interesting job. The role is complemented by driving assignments, sometimes a short trip, sometimes a day excursion or support at a major event.
Requirements:
• Completed apprenticeship, preferably in mechanics, vehicles, logistics, transport (technical understanding)
• Commercial further education (business school, technical clerk, similar)
• Driving licence Cat. C or D with at least one year of practical experience as a professional driver (Cat. D can be obtained with us from Cat. C. Cat. C and ARV knowledge are mandatory.)
• Willingness for regular driving assignments (<50% on an annual average)
• Strong commitment, enjoyment of work, combined with flexibility and loyalty
• Networked thinking and multitasking are part of daily business
• Willingness to work irregular hours (seasonal fluctuations, emergency service, weekends, etc.)
• Impeccable PC skills
• Residence in the Wängi/Abtwil area
