The Cantonal Social Insurance Institution (ECAS) is an autonomous public law institution that administers and coordinates the activities of the Compensation Office of the Canton of Fribourg, those of the Cantonal Disability Insurance Office, as well as the Central Services. Your missions
Within the "Placement Advice and Business Network" section of the Cantonal Disability Insurance Office:
- Initiate, develop and lead socio-professional rehabilitation projects for persons with health impairments
- Advise, support and implement reintegration, career guidance or training measures
- Assess and monitor the evolution of situations to ensure the best fit between objectives, health-related limitations and reintegration potential
- Develop and maintain active collaboration with the network, notably employers, service providers, as well as medical and social partners
- Master the language of business, understand employer expectations and negotiate solutions to support beneficiaries in employment
- Work closely within the DI office with the medical and legal services
- Actively participate in team exchanges and interdisciplinary reflections to promote a comprehensive and coherent approach to situations
Desired profile
- Bachelor level training in social work, health or equivalent field
- Ideally CAS in reintegration counselling or equivalent additional training desired
- Experience in supporting and/or reintegrating persons with health impairments
- Strong interest in the social insurance system and the application of the DI Act
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good listening skills and ease in contact with various interlocutors
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team as well as in an interdisciplinary environment
- Networking skills, autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to take initiative
- Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
