Responsibilities:
You develop calculation models and cost accounting for products and services and conduct profitability as well as target-actual analyses
You design the internal control system and risk management and continuously develop these instruments
You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER and support group-wide consolidation
You analyse consolidated financial figures and prepare meaningful decision-making bases for management and the board of directors
You are responsible for forecasts, variance analyses, KPIs, and recommendations for financial management
You support transfer pricing, tax declarations, and tax-related issues in collaboration with external partners
You drive the standardisation, digitalisation, and further development of ERP, reporting, and financial processes
Qualifications:
Higher education in business administration, finance, controlling, or accounting, for example degree or expert diploma
Several years of experience in cost accounting, calculation, controlling, and accounting, ideally including Swiss GAAP FER and consolidation
Highly developed analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a strong numerical understanding
Very good user knowledge of Excel as well as experience with ERP, BI, and reporting systems, ideally Power BI
Very good German skills as well as an independent, communicative, and solution-oriented working style
