For our client, a sustainably growing, family-run company in the freight forwarding and logistics sector, we are looking for a committed individual as Export Specialist (m/f/d). The company is one of the leading providers of integrated logistics networks, combining land transport, air and sea freight, as well as contract logistics into customised solutions for its customers.

Your tasks as Export Specialist (m/f/d)

• You process and check incoming orders electronically from domestic and international sources
• You record and schedule international shipments in groupage traffic onto the corresponding system line hauls
• You prepare and check export customs documents such as EUR 1, T1 and movement certificates
• You are the first point of contact for customer enquiries regarding the export process and ensure smooth handling
• You coordinate the clearance of shipments and ensure an efficient workflow in daily business
  
   

Your profile

• Completed commercial training in international freight forwarding or several years of experience in a comparable role
• Experience in groupage traffic is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of export customs processing
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English or French skills are an advantage
• Resilience, reliability and strong team spirit complete your profile
