You like to get stuck in yourself, organise with overview and ensure that our projects are implemented successfully, on time and economically. If you are keen to take on responsibility and contribute your know-how daily in the Thun region, we are really looking forward to hearing from you.
These are the tasks
- Plan, coordinate and carry out construction projects independently – we operate in the areas of new construction, conversion and renovation
- Carry out a clean construction process planning including work preparation and personnel management
- Use resources economically and identify optimisation potential
- Prepare measurements, offers, calculations and invoices
- Ensure cost, quality and schedule control
This is what you bring
- Preferably a basic education as a bricklayer with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Further training as a construction foreman or foreman – or willingness to complete this
- Interest and motivation for further development (calculation, construction management, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and structured working
- Leadership qualities and team spirit
- Customer-oriented manner and assertiveness
