Your contribution
- Maintain the machine value and machine reliability of existing equipment through appropriate implementation and monitoring of planned and preventive maintenance in compliance with the regulations applicable at CP Bern and the quality policy
- Develops and implements automation and digitalization systems and solutions for production processes
- Supports the planning of the plant's IoT roadmap and implements it: integration of data from the production environment into the IoT platform. Including data preparation and validation, compliance with communication standards, platform configuration
- Supports maintenance occasionally during servicing & revisions
- Independent cross-departmental AVOR
- Defines standards and strives for continuous improvement
- Thinks and acts as a role model
What you bring
The desire to lead our company into the future and advance your career through experience and knowledge in the following areas:
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, electrical installer, automation technician or a related qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance or plant/machine construction
- Professional experience in project management
- Further training or experience in automation, methodology, pneumatics or electromechanics is an advantage, FH/HF desired
- Strong team player with joy in working in interdisciplinary teams
- Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Excellent analytical skills
- Very good German skills C1/C2, any additional national language is an advantage, English B2
- IT infrastructure and server knowledge
- Restricted installation permit according to Art.13 desired
