Job Description

• Operating and setting up the press
• Preparing materials (elastomer and raw parts)
• Cleaning and heating the fixtures
• Vulcanising components according to clear work instructions
• Working according to specified parameters and test plans
• Quality control during and after the process
• Identifying and assessing fault patterns
• Meeting delivery deadlines
• Contributing to improvements and optimisations of processes
