Your mission
- Estimation: Analysis, estimation and optimization of bids and/or offers in the fields of heating/ventilation/air conditioning/sanitary, Preparation of quotes
- Study and realization of technical specifications
- Project management: plan, organize and supervise multi-technical CVC projects. Establish a schedule, determine the necessary resources and propose the CVC intervention schedule for the projects
- Establish the budget: determine costs, in accordance with the expectations of the architect and the project owner. Monitor and manage budget developments in line with those of the project
- Reports and follow-up: participate and support the development of projects, with updates on costs, deadlines and project optimizations
Your profile
- Higher education in CVC building technology
- 5 years of experience in the field
- Good analytical skills
- Sense of confidentiality
- Autonomous, good adaptability and strong sense of priorities
- Team spirit
- Good presentation, sociability
