Floor Parquet Layer – Wood / Parquet Buyer
Tasks
- Creation of delivery and framework contracts with
- suppliers
- Complaint handling of deliveries
- Cancellations of delivery orders
- Conducting supplier audits including the
- associated principles
- Holiday planning in your area
- Issuing warnings and reprimands
- Monitoring stock levels
- Organisation of inventory, including follow-up work
- Organisation, execution and responsibility for
- FSC/PEFC
- Development of the procurement market and the
- supplier base
- Development of cooperation with strategic suppliers
- Compliance with framework agreements and contracts with suppliers
- Handling the purchasing tasks arising with our main parquet and accessory suppliers
- Requesting quotations and delivery deadlines, as well as clarifying technical questions
- Handling the entire purchasing process
- (Ordering / checking order confirmation,
- delivery documents, invoice / posting in
- inventory accounting / organising returns)
- Raw material procurement as well as production processing
- of the oil road orders
Requirements
- Experience in the wood sector
- Confident German language skills
- Good Word/Excel knowledge
