- Gather requirements, evaluate feedback, and derive concrete ideas for new features and improvements.
- Prioritise requirements, create roadmaps, and closely accompany the implementation of new features in collaboration with the development teams.
- Identify new technologies and market opportunities and examine how these can be sensibly integrated into existing or new products.
- Mediate between development, sales, marketing, and customers, ensuring that all parties work towards common product goals.
- Analyse key figures, evaluate the performance of our products, and derive targeted measures for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate new features and product launches and communicate their added value clearly both internally and externally.
- Experience in product management, ideally in the IT or software environment.
- A good understanding of software development, digital products, and modern technologies.
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong sense of market and customer needs.
- Experience in prioritising requirements, planning product roadmaps, and coordinating different stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, organisational talent, and the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
- An independent, structured way of working and the motivation to continuously improve products.

Profile
- A qualification or degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.- Experience in product management, ideally in the IT or software environment.
