In this department, people with various disabilities are supported, who depending on individual needs require comprehensive assistance in daily life.
Support and assistance in daily life with various forms of disability and care needs
Promotion and maintenance of practical life skills
Contact person for educational as well as nursing-medical topics
Documentation of development processes (Redline software)
Assumption of departmental and key worker duties
Profile
Qualification as a Care Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
Advantageous: Experience working with people with various disabilities or dementia with high support needs (can be declared)
Resilient, independent and responsible
Appreciative attitude and genuine interest in others
Independent working style with high personal responsibility
Team player, solution-oriented and open to feedback
Willingness to work irregular hours (evening and weekend shifts)
