MISSIONS

Within our entity, you will support our clients in addressing the major challenges of digital transformation through SAP S/4HANA projects: improving purchasing and logistics processes across the client’s entire value chain.

Our ambition is to enable large companies to leverage the power of technological advances and the openness of S/4HANA through our "Renewable Enterprise" approach.

Your missions will be to:

• Implement digital transformation within a large industrial or service group by deploying SAP S/4HANA Purchase to Pay.
• Support the client in selecting and designing a standard SAP S/4HANA solution based on best practices: Sourcing and contract management, Material Management, Purchasing, Invoicing, Stock management, Warehouse Management.
• Ensure the solution aligns with business objectives to improve purchasing performance, monitoring, and user experience.
• Define the architecture of purchasing flows, replenishment, and billing processes in an integrated manner with other SAP streams FI, PP, PM, QM, etc.
• Apply the SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion methodology (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realise, Deploy, Run).
• Coordinate SAP MM stream consultants within SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Create functional documentation and support user training.
• Interact with functional and technical teams at all project phases.
• Estimate workloads in your domain at each project phase.
• Conduct functional scoping for logistics redesign or SAP S/4HANA conversion projects.
• Report your stream’s activity to project governance.

PROFILE

• Master’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience in deploying SAP S/4HANA solutions

• Fluent English

• Analytical skills and a synthetic mindset

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Leadership and team facilitation ability

• Strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and the latest S/4HANA innovations

• Good digital and new technology culture

• Experience in scoping or general design involving the redesign of Purchasing and stock management processes

• Functional and configuration expertise in purchasing and stock management modules. Experienced in one or more other SAP modules such as requirements planning, quality management, project management, cost management, or transport management.
