WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO
- Advising and supporting managers in all personnel, labour law, and organisational matters
- Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle in the assigned support area
- Managing recruitments from needs analysis to successful onboarding
- Supporting demanding personnel decisions as well as complex employee and leadership issues
- Participating in change and organisational development projects
- Active involvement in shaping and further developing modern HR tools, processes, and standards
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces and contributing to a modern leadership culture
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed higher education in the HR field, for example with an HR specialist certificate or a degree focusing on Human Resources
- Several years of experience in a comparable role as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with comprehensive advisory responsibility
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security system
- Confident German language skills
- Enjoyment in working with managers in a dynamic industrial environment
- Entrepreneurial thinking, pragmatic solution orientation, and a high degree of initiative
- Confident demeanour and the ability to reconcile different interests to a common denominator
- Openness to change and motivation to actively shape developments
