We are looking for a Team Leader Infrastructures & Buildings (M/F/D) for a company in the North Vaud region.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing, coordinating and optimising all activities related to buildings, technical installations, energy and site utilities, to ensure their availability, compliance with regulatory requirements and operational performance. In this capacity, you will coordinate improvement projects, plan interventions and define technical needs in close collaboration with the various company departments.
Main tasks:
- Manage and coordinate all activities related to the operation and maintenance of the site infrastructures (20,000 m²): buildings, technical networks, energy, equipment and utilities
- Ensure the proper functioning of technical installations: HVAC, electrical substations (OIBT), compressors, turbines, canal pumps, electrical and natural gas supply, propane and nitrogen tanks
- Maintain stackers, lifts and other site handling equipment
- Supervise building cleaning services
- Lead the infrastructure team for internal works and daily technical issue management
- Be responsible for the safety of external companies working on site Update technical documents and monitor and control energy consumption (water, gas, electricity), with a view to continuous reduction
- Monitor the maintenance and use of service vehicles, including cleanliness, documentation and basic maintenance
- Supervise the progress of work carried out by external companies in compliance with internal procedures
- Manage waste for the entire site (excluding chemical waste)
- Ensure compliance with safety and conduct rules for suppliers working on site
Profile
- Mastery or federal diploma in building technology, electromechanics or equivalent training
- Continuing education in project management or technical building operation
- Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure, energy, building and OIBT regulations
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical management of industrial sites or complex infrastructures
- Proven experience in team leadership and multi-technical project management
- Forklift and aerial work platform licences
- Ability to define technical needs, structure and manage a project
- Rigour, organisational skills, methodical approach
- Team spirit, cross-functional communication skills
- Responsiveness, autonomy, handling unforeseen events
Versatility, adaptability - Proficiency with IT tools (CMMS, MS Office)
