Skills
- Completed training in retail, business, or flooring; sales experience preferred.
- Fluent in German; knowledge of English, French, or Italian is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Your area of responsibility
You are the first point of contact in our exhibition for builders, architects, and contractors. You confidently guide them through our diverse range of wall and floor coverings
Active sales and success-oriented consulting in the exhibition and on the phone
Creation of selection slips with the available CRM system
Information gathering during customer contacts, information exchange with field service and internal sales
Procurement of samples for exhibition and field service
Establishing and maintaining personal contacts with existing and potential customers
Your profile
Completed training (e.g., retail, commercial training, tile or floor layer)
Interest in current trends with a strong affinity for creative living and room design
You preferably have experience in selling ceramics and/or parquet
Confident German. English, French, and/or Italian skills are an advantage
Open, creative, and independent personality with joy in direct customer contact and experience in active sales of demanding products
Good PC skills (MS Office and CRM)
Saturday shifts are a matter of course for you
