Assistant Head of Convenience/Butchery Department (m/f/d)

Mission

As the assistant manager of the Convenience/Meat department, your goal is to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
You regularly take care of restocking to ensure constant product availability.
You respond to customer inquiries competently and friendly.
As part of the team effort, you willingly assist colleagues from other departments.
In the absence of your direct superior, you assume responsibility for the department.

You have completed initial training as a butcher-charcutier (m/f/d), butcher, meat salesperson, or cook (m/f/d).
Your professional experience in traditional butchery is an advantage.
You are always fully committed to customer service.
You have excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
You are comfortable with new IT tools.
Flexibility regarding working hours is not a problem for you.
