Deputy Team Leader Restaurant
Workload 80-100%

Your area of responsibility with the new employer
- Active support of the team management in daily business
- Assistance with staff scheduling
- Sell, plan, execute and invoice catering services
- Accept reservations/special requests
- Ensure quality control in the restaurant area
- Operate the cash register and handle billing
- Close cooperation with other departments to ensure high service quality
- Perform cleaning and tidying tasks in all areas according to hygiene standards

- Professional experience in a similar role
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ
- High guest orientation and professional appearance
- Assertiveness as well as teamwork skills
- Experience and enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Willingness to work on holidays and weekends
- Precise, organized way of working
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as PC skills
