We are looking for the children and adolescents department a:
Social Educator (M/F)
Home concerned by the recruitment:

Chantecler: home for young adolescents, with enhanced educational support.
Mission :
- Socio-educational and care support for all daily life activities.
- The development, monitoring and evaluation of beneficiaries’ individualised projects through a reference system.
- Participation in projects related to the organisation, operation and educational approach of the home and the institution.
- Close collaboration with educational, nursing staff as well as those delegated to the home’s administration.
- Regular collaboration with beneficiaries’ relatives and various intra- and extra-institutional partners.
We expect:
- Training as an educator at ASE/ES/HES level.
- Specific skills in developing, implementing, managing and evaluating beneficiaries’ individualised projects.
- Experience and/or strong interest in supporting children and adolescents with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders.
- Experience and/or strong interest in working with families.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary team.
- Creativity and reflective capacity related to the home’s dynamics and institutional work.
- Driving licence essential.
